How to ask
- Email admin@realizerlabs.com from the address you signed in with. That is how we know the request is yours.
- Put "Delete my Whisky Whale account" in the subject.
- We delete your account and confirm by reply. You do not need the app installed, and uninstalling the app does not delete anything.
What is deleted
- Your account and the email address on it.
- Every find you saved: the label photos, the bottlings, the scores and any notes.
- The locations saved with your finds.
- Your display name, if you set one.
What stays
Anonymous visit counts in Google Analytics, which are not tied to your account. If a find was featured in a post on our social accounts, the post is a separate copy and we will take it down on request.
How long it takes
We aim to finish within 30 days of your request. If you would only like one find or note removed, say so in the email and we will remove just that.
